Paper Organization Guidelines
Manuscripts must be composed in English and include an abstract of 75 to 200 words that clearly outlines the paper's scope and contributions. Keep introductory discussions brief, and reference rather than reproduce or paraphrase material published elsewhere. Aim for maximum clarity to effectively disseminate technical knowledge; avoid overly complex or poorly written presentations that could obscure your work's significance. Organize results to highlight your contributions and ensure a logical, consistent progression of ideas. Place non-essential material, such as proofs, derivations, or calculations, in appendices to maintain the text's continuity.
Manuscript Preparation Guidelines
A comprehensive research paper typically includes the following sections:
• Title: A concise and informative statement reflecting the main topic of the paper.
• Authors and Affiliations: Names of all contributors, along with their respective institutional affiliations.
• Abstract: A brief summary (usually 150–250 words) outlining the purpose, methodology, key findings, and conclusions of the research.
• Keywords: A list of pertinent terms (typically 3–6) that encapsulate the main topics of the paper.
• Introduction: An overview that introduces the research problem, its significance, and the objectives of the study.
• Materials and Methods: A detailed description of the materials used and the procedures followed, enabling replication of the study.
• Results: Presentation of the research findings, often accompanied by tables and figures for clarity.
• Discussion: Interpretation of the results, their implications, and how they compare with previous work in the field.
• Conclusions: A concise summary of the main findings and their broader impact.
• Acknowledgments: Recognition of individuals or institutions that provided support during the research.
• References: A comprehensive list of all sources cited in the paper. (APC format only allowed)
• Appendices: Supplementary material that supports the main text but is too detailed for inclusion in the main sections.
• Figures and Tables: Visual representations of data and information, each accompanied by descriptive captions.
• Section Headings: Primary section headings within papers are enumerated by Roman numerals and are centered above the text. For the purpose of typing the manuscript only, primary headings should be capital letters
This structured format ensures clarity, facilitates peer review, and enhances the dissemination of scientific knowledge.
